Questions people actually ask.
Including the uncomfortable ones. If yours is not here, message us and we will answer it straight.
Trust
A fair question, and you should ask it of anyone taking your money online. We are a registered business with a physical address in Davao City, not an anonymous Facebook account — the registration details are on the About page. The sites in our work are real, live and clickable before you pay a peso, and you are welcome to ask for a video call first and see who you are dealing with. Your quote fixes the scope and the price in writing, so nothing gets added later. And if you cancel, we bill only the work already done and refund the rest.
Because our overheads are lower, not because we cut corners on your site. There is no office to pay for, no account managers, and no month of discovery workshops billed back to you — just a small team that builds websites and nothing else. What we standardise is the process: the brief, the revision rounds, the launch checklist. The design is tailored to your business every time, because a salon and a construction supplier do not need the same website.
That is the thing we are most careful about — the whole brand promise is "mura, hindi mumurahin". Open the demos on your phone and judge for yourself before you pay anything. If they do not look like something you would be proud to put on your tarpaulin, do not buy from us.
Money
One page with up to six sections, mobile-responsive, a working contact form, click-to-call, Messenger and Viber buttons, a Google Map embed, up to ten of your photos optimised, a free yourbusiness.sitemuraph.com address, one year of hosting and one revision round. Full detail on the Simula page.
No. The one thing to plan for is year two: hosting and your domain need renewing. Either take a care plan from ₱899 a month, or renew hosting yourself at ₱2,400 a year. We tell you this before you buy, not after.
Yes — the website packages are one payment at the published price. That is the trade for the price being what it is: we are not carrying half a project on the books or chasing a balance, and the whole cost is on screen before you commit. If a card suits you better, Stripe takes Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay in pesos, and your bank may let you convert that to instalments on their side. Custom and app projects are the exception — those run for weeks and are billed across three milestones.
Yes, and this is a big part of who we serve. Pay through Wise by ordinary local bank transfer from the UAE, Saudi, Singapore, Canada, the UK and more — no international wire fees, and a real mid-market exchange rate. We quote you in USD and you pay in your local currency.
We do not discount below the published tier price — that would be unfair to everyone who paid it. What we do instead is add value: an extra month of care plan, a free logo, a free extra page. Ask.
The website itself
Yes. The site, the content and the domain are yours outright once you have paid in full. We build on mainstream platforms specifically so you are never trapped with us — if you want to move to another developer, we hand over the credentials and the files.
On Propesyonal and above, yes — you get a CMS and a training call. On Simula and Negosyo the site is built for speed and simplicity, so edits come to us: one or four per month on a care plan, or ₱1,500 an hour without one.
You do. We register it in your name, not ours. On Negosyo and above the first year is included; after that it renews at ₱1,100 a year for a .com or ₱2,700 for a .ph, either through your care plan or directly by you.
Every package includes basic on-page SEO and a sitemap submitted to Google. Negosyo adds Google Business Profile setup, Analytics and Search Console. Propesyonal adds keyword research and schema markup. Nobody can promise a number one ranking, and anyone who does is lying to you — but a proper website with a verified Google Business Profile beats a Facebook Page every time.
Yes. Negosyo includes polishing text you send us. Propesyonal and above include full copywriting written from an interview with you. On Simula it is an add-on at ₱1,200 per page.
Yes — Aplikasyon, from $1,000 (about ₱61,000), is a real iPhone and Android app published to both stores under your own developer accounts. But the honest answer first: most small businesses do not need one. An app only earns its keep when customers come back often — ordering, booking, loyalty, deliveries. If people find you once or twice a year, a website they can actually find on Google will beat an app nobody downloads. Two costs are yours directly: Apple charges ₱6,000 a year, Google a one-off ₱1,500. And because Apple and Google change their rules every year, an app needs a maintenance plan or it eventually stops working.
Timeline and support
Simula 3–5 business days, Negosyo 7–10, Propesyonal 2–3 weeks, Tindahan 3–4 weeks — counted from when your brief and photos arrive, not from when you pay. The brief is what actually determines the date. Rush delivery roughly halves the window for +40%.
Support is included for 7 to 90 days depending on your package. After that, a care plan covers hosting, domain renewal, backups, security, updates and content edits — or you handle it yourself and pay per hour when you need us.
On a care plan we monitor uptime and fix it, usually before you notice. Premium plans get priority emergency handling. Without a plan we still help, billed hourly, but you will be in the queue behind care-plan clients.
Yes — migration or redesign from an existing site is ₱9,000. Send us the URL and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth rebuilding or repairing.
