This page is a working draft written from our internal project proposal. Have it reviewed by a Philippine lawyer, and confirm the consumer-protection and DTI requirements that apply, before publishing the site.
1. Scope of work
Every project is defined by a written quote listing the package, the deliverables, the number of pages, the number of revision rounds and the price. Anything not on that quote is out of scope. Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately and only started once you approve them.
2. Payment
- Simula, Negosyo, Propesyonal and Tindahan are paid in full before work begins.
- Custom and Aplikasyon projects are billed 40% / 30% / 30% against milestones defined in the quote.
- Payment is for the scope stated in your quote. If we cannot deliver that scope, you are refunded for the part we did not deliver.
- Peso prices are held for 30 days from the date of the quote.
- Accepted methods: GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, card via Stripe, and Wise for overseas clients.
3. What we need from you
Delivery timelines start when your completed brief, logo, photos and text arrive — not when payment clears. If materials arrive late, the delivery date moves by the same amount. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you send us.
4. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, stated in your quote. A round means one consolidated set of feedback. Work beyond the included rounds is billed at ₱1,500 per hour, quoted and approved in advance.
5. Ownership
On full payment, you own the finished website, all content you supplied, all content we wrote for you, and the domain — which is registered in your name, not ours. We retain the right to reuse the underlying components and code patterns on other projects, and to show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
6. Hosting, domains and care plans
Every package includes one year of hosting. Care plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice; we do not refund part-months. Without a care plan, hosting renews at ₱2,400 per year and ad-hoc work is billed at ₱1,500 per hour. If hosting or a domain lapses because a renewal was not paid, we are not liable for the site going offline or for a lapsed domain being registered by somebody else.
7. Inactive projects
If a project receives no response from you for 30 consecutive days after we have followed up, we archive it. Restarting an archived project costs ₱1,500 and is subject to our capacity at the time. Archiving does not forfeit what you have paid; clause 8 governs what is refundable if you then cancel.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date is payable; anything paid beyond that is refunded.
9. What we do not promise
We do not guarantee any specific Google ranking, traffic volume, sales figure or business outcome. We implement recognised SEO practices; search engines decide the rest. Anybody promising you a number one ranking is not being honest with you.
10. Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost business.
11. Third-party services
Projects may involve services we do not control — hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, Google, Meta, courier APIs. We choose reputable providers, but their outages, price changes and policy changes are not within our control.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are handled in the courts of Davao City.
